EVEN IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN, THIS WON’T BE A PROBLEM. ANYTHING YOU WISH TO KEEP, WE CAN PUT IT ASIDE. ALL WE NEED FOR YOU TO DO, IS SEND ME A KEY. AFTER WE COMPLETE THE SALE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CHECK VIA UPS OR FEDX. IT NORMALLY TAKES A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR THE PAPERWORK.

WE WILL TAKE OUR TABLES AND SUPPLIES TO THE HOUSE AND ACTUALLY GO THRU EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE HOUSE, BASEMENT, GARAGE OR OUTDOOR BUILDING. WE WILL SORT, ASSEMBLE, PRICE, DISPLAY AND ARRANGE THE ITEMS TO MAKE IT APPEALING, EASY ACCESS AND CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO LOOK AT AND PICK UP.

WE WILL ADVERTISE (AS A MEMBER OF ESTATESALES.NET) ON THEIR SITE, CRAIG’S LIST AND MY CUSTOMER EMAIL LIST OF 500 PLUS AND GROWING.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO “UP FRONT” OR “OUT OF POCKET MONEY” FROM YOU AT ANY TIME, BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE SALE.

WHILE GETTING THE HOUSE READY, WE HAVE ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF IMPORTANT ITEMS, ie. FAMILY PICTURES, CONTRACTS, INSURANCE POLICIES AND THINGS WE FEEL THE FAMILY MIGHT NEED OR WANT TO KEEP, BY SEPARATING AND SAVING THEM. THIS HAS PROVEN TO BE GREATLY APPRECIATED BY THOSE WHO HAVE HIRED US. ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE OUT OF TOWN AND CANNOT GET HERE. I HAVE ACTUALLY HAD SOME BOXES SHIPPED WITH THE CHECK.

SOME OF THE CLIENTS WILL WANT TO CLEAN OUT THE HOUSE BEFORE CALLING US. PLEASE DON’T. WE ASK THAT YOU THROW NOTHING AWAY!! ( unless it is actually garbage.) BECAUSE WE KNOW WHAT WILL SELL AND HOW TO SELL IT.

WHEN A SALE IS READY, THE CUSTOMERS CAN SEE WHAT THE PRICE IS FOR EVERY ITEM AND HAVE COMPLIMENTED US ON WHAT A GREAT JOB WE DO FOR THEM. THEY TELL US IT SAVES THEM TIME. WE TAKE PRIDE IN THIS.

DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND AMOUNT IN THE HOUSE WILL DETERMINE HOW MANY DAYS ON PREPARATION AND ACTUAL SALE DAYS. USUALLY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. ON OCCASION. IT WILL RUN THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, AND IT MIGHT EVEN RUN FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

WE PRICE ACCORDING TO OUR KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT PRICING AND DEMAND OF TRENDING OR POPULAR ITEMS. WE TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY FOR YOU AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THAT’S HOW WE GET PAID.

EVERY SALE ENDING IS A DIFFERENT SITUATION. DEPENDING ON THE FAMILY’S DESIRE WILL DETERMINE HOW WE COMPLETE THE JOB.

SOME FAMILY’S WANT TO KEEP THE REMAINING UNSOLD ITEMS, OR DONATE TO A CHARITY OF THEIR CHOOSING AND TAKE CARE OF IT THEMSELVES, AND SOME WILL NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT AND TELL ME “TO TAKE CARE OF IT”

MOST OF THE OUT OF TOWNERS WILL ALLOW ME TO DO THIS, AND SOMETIMES THEY GIVE ME A CHARITY NAME THEY’D LIKE TO USE.

SO, WE SIMPLY TRY TO HELP THE FAMILY OUT IN ANY WAY WE POSSIBLY CAN, BY HAVING HELPED SO MANY OTHERS.

WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS FOR 28+ YEARS. IN ADDITION TO THE SALES, WE HAVE DONE SOME SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS FOR ATTORNEYS HANDLING ESTATES, REPORTING TO THE COURT WITH ESTATES, EXECUTORS OF ESTATES AND SOME BEING OUT OF TOWN. WE’VE DONE EBAY, ANTIQUE MALLS, AUCTIONS, CRAIG’S LIST, AND HAVE HAD STORES OF OUR OWN. WITH THIS VARATION, WE FEEL QUALIFIED TO HANDLE IT ALL.

OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR PROFESSINAL INTEGRITY AS HIGH AS OUR STANDARDS. THIS IS TO INSURE OUR CLIENTS OF KNOWING THEY HAVE MADE A GOOD CHOICE WHEN THEY ASK US TO HOLD THEIR SALE. KNOWING WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST FOR THEM.
